unfinished poster design

This was going to be a chapter cover for my book. The three faces on top are the characters from the future: From left to right, Jacarool, Qual Treppes, and Hale. The bottom figures are from the past, Duentes, Locke, and Leonhart respectively. The flame-like being in the corner is the unnamed villian of four time forms. Here I have drawn his second. I was really into this sketch but i think coffee or something got spilled on the villain's face so I got fed up and stopped. His four time forms were to be in the four corners.
